I think I'm ready to part with the cards I've made so far now. I plan on selling on Etsy, seeing as I've been told that eBay is pretty dodgy. And that's fine. Either or.

I'm just not yet sure how to price mine. Maybe 2-3 dollars. I don't think they'd be worth more than five.


I'm also thinking I'll start making playable decks of cards. I already have an idea to go with a Kingdom Hearts themed deck that started with making a set for the Organization 13. But why stop there? I could make 3 more full suits and complete the set. I could even design the art for the box they'd be in. And then I could sell them at cons if anyone wanted them.

Of course, this means that to do this efficiently and for a reasonable enough price, I'd have to make these cards prints rather than originals. Then I could even sell multiple boxes of cards. Which then leads me toooo...

AVI~ Questions: for that prints place you know about, do they (A) print double sided, and (B) can I request a sturdier paper for the cards and boxes?

Cuz the thing is, I could do one time sets as originals. I could. Then materials would be entirely in my control and no worries there, but then it would likely be way more expensive than if I just did prints. Original playing card sets would likely be special cases. Like a gift to someone or if my cards were well received enough that someone would be willing to pay more than usual for it.
